These tracks disappear into Shibuya Station, beyond, and the construction across the tracks is still so recent that it shows up in the latest Google aerial as dirt and construction staging. The aerial view is incredible, with many tall-skinny-linear buildings wedged into a hyperdense part of Tokyo. Meanwhile, the open space afforded by this rail yard looms like a deep canyon. Sometimes infrastructure can make you feel tiny.
